
Mick Haydak is a West Point graduate and former U.S. Army Officer with more than 35 years of operational experience, project management, strategic planning, and defense consulting. Over the course of his distinguished career, Mick has supported critical national security initiatives through both military service and civilian leadership, including more than 15 years advising the U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM).
As a senior consultant and advisor for top defense firms such as ARMA, a General Dynamics Company, and CACI-WGI Inc., Mick has led complex programs and strategic initiatives across USSOCOM and its components. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with deep expertise in defense operations, leadership development, organizational strategy, and human resources management. His work has consistently focused on aligning mission objectives with strategic outcomes to deliver meaningful, lasting impact.
Mick is also a dedicated family man. He and his wife, Rhonda, have three adult children and recently welcomed their first grandchild. Mick’s life and career are grounded in service, leadership, and a passion for advancing the goals of the teams and missions he supports.

Randy White is a graduate of Campbell University and retired U.S. Army Colonel with more than 35 years of effective leadership experience in the operational/strategic domain. He has provided leadership in a variety of organizations principally in the National Security and International Relations arena. He has vast experience with strategic planning, mentoring, developing leaders of character, building cohesive teams, and crisis leadership.
Randy has led efforts in the Western Hemisphere, Europe, and the Middle East, and the AFRICOM area of responsibility. He has served with a variety of agencies including the Department of State (Senior Defense Official) and taught strategic leadership at the U.S. Army War College. He continues to contribute to the development of executive leaders.
A leader of great character and integrity, Randy is married and has one son (22) currently attending college.

James (JD) Webster is a retired Army Aviation Officer and a recently retired Department of the Army Civilian after 15 distinguished years of service to the Nation. JD's acquisition leadership assignments included IFPC – High Energy Laser and High Power Microwave Transition Program Manager and Product Director for the Joint Tactical Ground Station Product Office, PEO Missiles and Space, Director of Industrial Operations and Director of Conditioned Based Maintenance for the Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM). He most recently served as an Operations Supervisor for the Missile Defeat Directorate, USASMDC's Technical Center. JD also served as a Defense Acquisition University Senior Service College Fellow (2023-2024).
A 21-year Army Aviation veteran, Mr. Webster served on the HQDA Staff, as Chief of Current Operations and Chief of Joint Exercises for XVIII Airborne Corps, and as an Apache Helicopter Battalion Commander. He retired in 2006 and remains active in retiree advocacy and wounded warrior programs.
Mr. Webster holds a master's degree in military arts and sciences from the United States Army CGSC and an undergraduate degree from the University of Florida. He is married to Cindi, and they have 11 children ranging in age from 30 to 14.
